We have mainly Coopers, Black Rock and Muntons as our main kits available. The coopers stout isn't too bad, and it substantially benefits from a partial mash with some Maris Otter and roasted barley...

Thanks for the recipe offer TL-will probably take you up on it. At the moment I'm not brewing (did some in the dim & distant past!) but expect to start again this month. Will almost certainly be extract to start with.
