bottle of kit London Bitter (Brupaks, I think), followed by donnchadhc's Saint Two Púc Tripel[/url:xkpmnb27]. And Taf's Hopfenweisse to finish.
Enjoyed them all; was pleasently surprised by the kit beer, and the Tripel was as it should be - a sipper but dangerously easy drinkin too <!-- s8) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="

That hopfenweiss is not really a hopfenweiss, as had no proper weiss yeast at the time, so used breferm blance yeast instead. Bought that yeast in bulk, so can send you some if you want? You are probably better off with a weiss yeast though, as I find Blance a bit too clean or something. That brew had a load of agave syrup and some honey, but the agave took an age to mellow, and practically drowned out the hops, of which there was a lot, so would skip that, unless it's your thing. I'd make it kind of strong and hop the shit out of it.
Cheers,
Billy.
