Rotterdamn! Its way more boring here than you'd think.

Anyone have any recommendations for Rotterdam as I'll be here during the week for a month...

(I'll undoubtedly make it to Amsterdam at least one weekend to revisit some of the great jewels there, but I'm hoping to find at least one or two good places to get a drink here.)

Thanks,
Adam

There are a few nice bars around Delfshaven, including the Pelgrim brewpub[/url:tjwvktmm].

I know where that is and I was planning on heading that way anyway; thanks!

I get the sinking feeling that all I'm doing is following you around the world, John. I'm going to start a blog that's just a spoof of yours where I'll visit all the place that you've been behind you and sit in the same seat.
Coming soon the "BeerNutStalker" blog!

IIRC at the end ( ie away from the train station ) of the pedestrianised shopping street on the left ( with the underground bit and also the World Trade Centre building in the middle) there is a good Irish pub and also a models/trains/"boys toys" store ( Technbo Hobby I think ) to die for.

Used to leave the misses there for a pint and a sambo whilst I whent and bought models

You could try Locus Publicus, Oostzeedijk 364, with 12 taps and 200 bottles (alledgedly);
