I am new to the group. Let me introduce myself:
My name is Will Davis and I live in Malahide. I have been brewing from kits for more years than I can remember. As I worked a lot in southern Germany my favourite beer style is Hefe Weizzen.
When I heard about the Russian grain harvest and the impending price rises I thought its time to move up a gear or two ( and drop a zero of the price of a brew )
So I am just starting from scratch with raw grain. I will start another thread re. my experiences in malting my grains
