Good man! good to see someone just plunge in to this. It's not rocket science, and it ain't brain surgery neither. Good luck

yep. up early. i start work at 6am so 9 is a sleep in for me. the day went off without any bothers. had a taste when doing my hydro check and its very nice. its started bubbling away and im back on looking for my next recipe. surprised how easy it is doing an all grain batch. just need to invest in a immersion chiller now. took about 45mins to cool it all down to pitching temp. happy though with the way it all went.

Just putting my first batch into the 2nd. Had to have a sneaky taste and oh my god is it good. Im shocked at how good it is already. This is my first taste of all grain homebrew and my god is there a difference. Cant wait for it to be ready. Oh and I got my next batch of grains today from bestbrew so happy days.
