I thought I would just drop a note to say hello and see if there was anybody from around the midlands registered.

I've been brewing from kits for about a year and have just moved on to a couple of brews of fruit wine to use up gluts from the garden. Although I am very happy with the quality of what I'm producing (especially when dry-hopping the kits), I would like to get a bit more creative with what I am doing. So I'm hoping to move onto either extract or all-grain brewing over the winter if I can manage to find the time. So there might be a few stupid questions from me when I am getting equipment for this.

Hey Jem, I'm in the south-east, but I've just made the transition from kits to all-grain in the last month.
