Hi all. Last week my brew buddy who is a computer whizz set up a webcam monitoring our latest brew...after six days of primary he produced a three minute time lapse video showing the whole crazy fermentation speeded up.

My brew buddy Dave (who is standing in the photo holding the syphon) is deputy manager at St Peter's one and only pub - and it's down the street from me. So at the end of his shift instead of leaving the empties for recycling, we reuse them!
