I would have counted option 3 as being both, but it suggests "I came for he beer, but stayed for the homebrew".

Must confess to being in the non-brewing field despite much encouragement and one homebrew session with Rebel.

But ..... would still very glad to be a fully fledged member of ICB / Beior.

I agree with Barry M , I haven't yet cast my Vote because although I came to ICB for the great info on home brewing I have always been a beer fan , from the days of my childhood, visiting Austria and sampling biers , and from brewing with the brother in the late 80's and have always and ever when touring Ireland or Europe sought out local beers and supported local brewing at home ( Franciscan Well, Carlow Brewing Co. Kinsale Brewing Co., Porterhouse, I have even drank Viaduct lager ) It's a symbiotic thing .
