Hi microgirl

I'm quite new to the site too. I've had nothing but positive friendly vibes from the guys on the site. It really doesn't matter whether you are a very experienced brewer or an enthusiastic beginner.

I'm teaching my wife to brew (a northsider), it always was a female occupation of course. We have different tastes so arguing over the mash is quite "character building" <!-- s:cry: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s:cry: -->
