I've met Paul a few times at the Edinburgh Beer Festival and I see that he'll be there again this year. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D --> I expect I'll be spending a lot of time perusing his stand again... <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=":wink:" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

He should be able to get [url:271pmuyt]http://www.leshowarth.com/B2K2.htm[/url:271pmuyt] too! <!-- s:!: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_exclaim.gif" alt=":!:" title="Exclamation" /><!-- s:!: --> <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> ...but it is much cheaper as an e-book.

Well well! I have your ebook on my pocket pc and am trawling through all the info therein. This is a massive resource!

I'm glad I just ordered another 25kg bag of pale malt <!-- s:!: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_exclaim.gif" alt=":!:" title="Exclamation" /><!-- s:!: -->

First stop, Everards Tiger from Leicester. I grew up a stones throw from the brewery. Then on to some of those sadly lost beers.

You're the man <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Not a bad book. Good as reference, but nearly 400 pages long. I've found Clonebrews by Tess and Mark Szamatsulski to be good and Lutzen & Stevens have some great ideas on Chilli beers etc.

I find CLonebrews a good reference too. Handy for getting ideas and mucking about with their recipes <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

David,

Thanks and I agree that it is too big (and expensive) in the conventional paper book format. I didn't realise it was going to be so big until I saw my first copy! It was only ever intended as a reference book, not really one for reading cover to cover, so I think it works well in the (much less expensive) e-book format.

Welcome to the group.

Cheers, Les
