Yeah I've shown a couple of people how to brew. I'm pretty sure someone from the site must live near you. I'm sure they wouldn't mind you coming over and showing you what to do. Most brewers like showing off their kit.

Anyone who wants to take a trip out to westmeath (galway bus from Dublin) is welcome on brewdays (today actually).

Since its a full day (all grain), there is the option of staying in the spare bedroom if you like.

thanks for all the replies folks sorry about the tardy response time but this is on the work time and i've been off for a few days i'll definately hook up with someone over the coming months as i'd like to see the whole thing come together
