brew course 16 years 7 months ago #1

anyone out there interested in doing something like this i had toyed with the idea of going over but as i'm living in cork its a bit of a journey as the only connection is through dublin i've read all the instructions but i'd still like to see it in the flesh so to speak cgi.ebay.co.uk/Professional-Mash ... 286.c0.m14

I daresay any of the members here could give people a home brewing, or "mash brewing course" for free, just by inviting people around for brew days. I do it all the time, and that's what community is all about

Yeah, I think doing a course goes against the whole ethos of homebrewing. Much better to learn through friends and that ol favourite......trial and error!

I would be happy to have someone over for a brew day and show them the ropes. I tend to brew about twice a month, usually at the weekend. Anyone interested, give me a shout and we'll arrange something.

I am hoping to do the mossbrew course but that is mainly to get some experience on a larger scale setup, also it should be interesting to see how a brewpub in the uk is run.
