I do use bleach, but then I use 1.5ml of Milton Fluid (used on babay's bottles) per litre of water, along with 1.5ml of vinegar, to acidify it and I rinse it off when I'm finished, even though they tell me you don't actually have to.
Other than that, it's just water, malted barley, hops and yeast.
Actually, that's a lie. I sometimes also use malted wheat, flaked wheat, roasted barley, sugar, rolled oats, ground coriander, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, carrageen moss, curacao orange peel, fresh fruit, frozen fruit and a bunch of other stuff I probably forgot.
But mostly it's just water, malted barley, hops and yeast.
