TheBeerNut Topic Author Offline Posts: 11663	Yeah, it's been quite a while (5 years!) since I was last in, but I've always loved their beer, particularly the lagers. But the big plus is that it can be so hard to find beer that isn't Kronenbourg or Stella in most of France. I'd imagine in Bordeaux there's probably not a huge beer market...

TheBeerNut Topic Author Offline Posts: 11663	Oooh, I have been tempted. Every time I pass the remains of the old Grape and Grain premises in Ranelagh on my way home from Redmond's, for example. But I would be guaranteed to poison someone; probably myself.

That is unlikely since no pathogenic bacteria will survive in beer. So beer is safer to drink than water <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /> .
