It's exactly the same attitude as the temperance movement of the 19th century. Got to save the the working class from itself.

The "irresponsibility" of the beer industry is one of the issues on The Big Question on BBC1 now. One of the brewers from brewdog will be on it.

I saw it. Brew Dog made some good points. As with all these debates the facts are ignored in favour of a good old fashioned witch hunt. Brew Dog tried to point out it's a limited edition not widely available but people kept saying kids will buy this in the supermarket.

In the next item they moved on to the actual witch hunt where they ranted about atheists.

Rabble rabble rabble.

There were some interesting points made. If the problem was solely one of education then doctors would all be non drinking non smoking health freaks, which they're not.

These shows really are like having a front row seat live at the witch trials. I must add them to my cop show based viewing schedule.

Nice job, Sean, politely handling a whole bunch of set-ups for an anti-alcohol rant. This is yet another example of people who want to find simple, easy solution for a complex social problem. The problem is that the simple solutions to complex problems are baldfaced wrong, and more often than not cause more grief than the original problem did. Over 3/4 of a century ago the "grand experiment" of prohibition ended in the states, yet the image of Chicago remains inextricably linked with the criminals of that era, except for a few brief years when Michael Jordan wore red on a basketball court.
