When do your prime the brew when kegging? 16 years 10 months ago #1

Hey all,

The beginner is back, so I've been watching quite a few vids on utube about how to keg etc. Just real curious that none of the guys kegging seem to do any kind of priming, is this only done for bottling? I've doubt this is a real novice question but I've no one else to ask. cheers lads

If they are using Conry kegs than then can force carbonate with a cylinder of CO2. You can naturally carbonate with these kegs as well with around 100g or sugar per 20 liters.

Those king kegs or barrels that are also around most people prime and to up the pressure with a small cylinder of CO2
