We have spent one day there.... twice. We have been to 8 of the breweries

We love Bamberg. It is a beautiful city and easily walkable.

I'm heading to Berlin last this fall for the 20 year anniversary of the Berlin Wall coming down and am seriously considering extending the trip in Germany to visit Bamberg and Einbeck.

(Most of my time spent in Germany has been split between Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Munich so I'm looking to see more of the country.)

-You don't happen to have any beer traveler tips for Einbeck, too; do you?
