Hello all-

I an expat from the states and have been living here in Ireland for some time (Tipperary). I have a great interest in homebrewing and have been doing some brewing for about 10 years now. My first brew was a hefeweizen but now I spend a lot of time experimenting and trying new brews... Not a whole lot of time to repeat... Favorite brew is Fat Tire from New Belgium Brewing out of Colorado and Carmel Bock from Schell's out of Minnesota. Looking forward to getting to some of the festivals while here... My future holds the purchase of a new Brew-Magic brew system... (Only dreaming)

Hi, and welcome. Hope to see you at an event or two in the near future. Maybe when we go for a nosy around White Gypsy in Templemore.

TBN - Is the aforementioned trip to White Gypsy already penciled in, or just something you're hoping to arrange for the future?

And welcome qugah1 - there are a small number of us in Waterford (part-time), so not too far down the road from you.

When he gets his website sorted out and puts up an e-mail address, [i:bwzdyvbf]then[/i:bwzdyvbf] I can hassle him about it <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

Any news on when it is opening? Or has it already opened. I think I could organise a small group to take the train up from Limerick for a few evening pints...
