Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was wondering what had become of this place. I visited Biddy Early Brewery back in 1999 when I was in NUIG and actually undertaking an 'Enterprise Planning Project' on setting up a brew pub. I met the owner (a guy with ginger/fair hair and a beard?) and he showed me around.

Sorry to hear that they/he are no more. I've only just got into craft beer and started thinking about my research from 1999.

Metalman brewery bought the kit and it's now being put to very good use in Waterford. Don't know if the owners are still in the industry or anything though.
