My name is Peter. I'm a philosophy post-grad who made the wise decision to return home from the US just as the worst recession in living memory started to kick in - suffice to say I have plenty of time on my hands! I'm trying to re-create some of the amazing micro-brewery beers I discovered across the pond. My current project is the extract version of Dogfish Head's 60 Minute IPA. Does anybody happen to know where I could lay my hands on the all-grain recipe?
