Hi I just ordered my Starter equipment and a pale ale kit and was wondering if there was anybody else out there in Meath that could be a Brew-Buddie? You know help out with a bit of knowledge or even another newbie?

I have just started brewing again from Kits just to get me hand back in and try to pick up where I left.

Although there's no lovely video of Séan in action, I would heartily recommend having a read of this starter article[/url:2wtbxeyb]. In particular, I would recommend using a non-rinse sanitising solution, not just pouring boiled water over everything. Maybe I'm over-careful, but better safe than sorry.

Funnily enough, Kieron was wondering if we could record our Skype sessions, as we often seem to do do a brew at the same time and just have Skype running the whole time. Not the most educational as it usually sees me stuffing my face while poking at bits of grain the odd time. But I digress...
