Howdy folks,
My name is Paul, living in Galway. I used to do basic home brewing 3 years ago and want to get back into it now. Spent some time in Germany so developed a taste for little known local beers. Good site guys.

Cheers Paulo. Welcome aboard. We have a few Galway residents on board, though they've mostly been fairly quiet of late.

Hi Russell - if you're a fan of meantime it's half the price in sainsbury's newry, 50 mins or so will have you over the border. well, maybe an hour. but it's worth it for the brit ale selection and the price difference. I do a run once in a while for UK beer, mainly st peters ales. I love those flask shaped bottles.

Hello to you all.
Just got my first kit brew on the go yesterday (I.P.A.) and hope to pick up loads of wisdom from here.
All the best, Stewart.

Hi all, my name's Diarmuid and I've got some brewferm weissbier in primary since around 10 days ago. Getting set to bottle this weekend, and I've spent all my "study" time over the past few weeks lurking on here. Great site, loads learnt already and plenty more to learn soon, I hope.
