Great to hear you are visiting us again, Mill Rat.

The Bull and Castle has become our regular haunt since the last time you visited. They are making great efforts to stock Irish Microbrews as well as a huge selection of imports. The latest arrivals, for example are Whitewater's Belfast Lager and Clothworthy Dobbin on draught.

The Porterhouse pubs in the City Centre can get a bit noisy for some of us, which is why some of us prefer their more sedate Glasnevin location but they are doing great stuff when it comes to the beers they are offering. They have have added Hop Head, an APA to their stable and have just imported a bunch of rarely seen German beers and brewed a beautiful Alt Bier for their Oktoberfest. Hard to say what will be on offer by the time you are over to visit.

I would be happy to meet you in any location you choose, as long as good beer is good and we can talk brewing. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

A week from now my wife Deena and I will be either:
A) On an Aer Lingus flight in the air somewhere between Chicago and the Atlantic coast, or
B) On an Aer Lingus flight stuck on the tarmac at O'Hare airport in the queue to take off.

We're not on any tight sightseeing schedule (thank your deity of preference), so we are open to meet-ups any time between the afternoon of Saturday the 28th (we will be a little jet-lagged at that point) and breakfast on Sunday the 5th.

We'll be pretty much without telecommunications (by intent), but we'll be checking this site frequently.

To put something on the calendar so this whole opportunity doesn't slide by, I'll be posting a meet-up at the B&C in Christchurch for the evening of Thursday the 2nd. Hope to meet many of you.

Well I'll have to check my diary but pints will have to be consumed at some stage.
