I make a goats cheese salad with a beer and honey sauce, which works for most people.

Honey, wit beer and a bit of corn four are heated to make the sauce, which is then poured over chunks of goats cheese, on a bed of green leaves. Serve with more wit beer.

Blue cheese and Maisel’s Weiss ?
