Damm completely dominate the Barcelona supply chain, and have a large range of products to choose from. Unfortunately, this is more than a little deceptive, given the overall poor quality of what's on offer. Personally they really piss me off - they are fully aware of the growing niche market here and it reflects in their marketing 100% (although not in the beers themselves). Their stable is made up of:
Estrella Damm: One of those "International-Style Lagers" we all love. 5,4%
Voll Damm: 7,2% Strong Lager - not bad for such a commercial product, but nothing exceptional by a long shot. They call it a Marzen, but it tastes nothing like any of the Marzens I've ever had.
Xibeca: A 4,6% "Pilsen" according to the company website. Dutch Gold-style lager sold in litre bottles. A favourite of bums, students and student bums the city over.
Bock Damm: According to their English translation, a "Stout" or in Spanish "Black beer", even though it's called Bock - I have a sneaking suspicion that this is actually Estrella Damm with food colouring added to it. The fact it has the same ABV as Estrella only serves to strengthen this suspicion.
AK Damm: Easily the best of the lot, which is not saying much - for a macro lager it does at least have a finish and some muted hop flavour. 4,8%
Saaz - I tried this the other day and almost couldn't finish the bottle. Insipid shite at 3,5%.
Estrella Damm Inedit - the new addition, a witbier which according to the press release is "the first beer created to go with food, [...] for the first time, a beer can be an alternative to wine in the best restaurants". <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="

Cheeky bastards!!!
I haven't tried it yet, the format I've seen in the supermarket was the same as a wine bottle (75ml), but didn't catch the price (seemingly about 4 euros).
According to Damm the RRP in restaurants would be about 8 euros, but I read on a Spanish forum that it can cost up to 18 in some higher end restaurants.
