Will I chuck it??? 17 years 8 months ago #1

Guys,
I've had a wheat beer in secondary for about 8 weeks at this stage. My father-in-law died at the start of July and between one thing and another I never got round to bottling it. Is there any point or is it time to chuck it???

Thanks,

Mez.

It will be fine. You can leave beer in secondary for months.

Taste a sample. If you don't instinctively spit it out, bottle it.

You'll be fine, I had a similar situation where beer was in secondary for about 2 months, due to a combination of laziness and moving gaff, and it turned out grand.
