[quote:3ee8f4nh]you'd want to be drinking spirits to get yourself in a hoop in that period of time[/quote:3ee8f4nh]

You've been drinking with me, you know thats not true.

How about getting a selection of beers from the winning countries? Country2004 Medal Count United States 103 Russia 92 China 63 Australia 49 Germany 49.
Germany and USA should be ok. China and Australia seem to be bereft of good beer. How about Russia, what brews can we use to party like we've just completed a five year plan?

Untrue, well on the australian part anyhow, they have coopers beers which aren't actually that bad. China on the Other Hand may be a problem

I'm kind've hoping you're right - not really looking forward to paying for something just so I can say "yep, it's muck alright"

In terms of tipples for sports,
Jagermeister for the shot put,
Tequila for the hammer
Sambuka for the discus

I know none of these are beers, but you'd hardly have your driking arm up when it was all over!
