Can't access your blog but I can see how you would think that. I didn't care for it much initially but as it warmed up I thought it was more pleasant. I'd be curious to find out what yeast they use and if it's available in a homebrew friendly strain.

I drank it immediately after their Dorothy Goodbody Golden Ale. That was very bland.

I got the Goodbody ale along with a slew of other bland golden ales in a CAMRA delivery a few months back. Very dissapointing.

I had it just after a Black Sheep Golden Sheep, which is anything but bland. Tough act to follow.

diliked everything the irish bar had to offer.
met a few from AndreWager.
didnt have to meet any BA's.
