Hello everyone 19 years 1 month ago #1

Just like to say hello and introduce myself. I’ve been into home brewing for about 2 months now. So far I’ve just brewed ales and stout. All kits which I bought from a UK supplier online. (which I have to say a very good service and quick delivery). Its not my first attempt at home brewing though, I tried it about 10 years ago with cheap kits which required a kilo of sugar to add. Wasn’t very impressed with the results back then and lost interest. This time it’s been a different scenario. Bought good kits and was very impressed with the finished product. My first batch was bottled and my second batch (stout) is being transferred into a new corny keg next Thursday, which I am very excited about. Just got my delivery of CO2 gas today with the regulator. Found it very hard to get a gas suppler. My home brew supplier in the UK couldn’t ship full gas cylinders. I managed to find a supplier in Galway with no rental on the gas cylinder.
Eventually I want to get into all grain brewing. Hopefully by the end of this year or early next year. So I’m sure I will have a lot of questions to put to everyone in time to come.

Happy brewing
Niall
