Kieron and I came accross this site[/url:35b2wk2w] put up some time ago by a chap brewing in Tallaght. The equipment looks great! Interestingly, he mentions a local club[/url:35b2wk2w] that was set up in 1983. Dunno if it's still going, but nice to know that this was going on.

Bizarre, I found the same site yesterday. I wonder if there's any link with DaveT? And where is DaveT these days? That was some setup he had.

Yeah, alot of the stuff on the links page leads to dead ends now, so it look slike it hasn't been maintained in quite some time. I'm thinking late 90's judging by some of the links. Still, I didn't get a bounce-back from the mail I sent, so maybe it will reach him.

What I thought was pretty interesting was the (rather complicated looking) wort chiller made from SS coils from a beer dispenser cooling system.
