Si-LEE-nus! Is the B&C coldroom available as a drop-off point?

..you mean the communal coldroom, open to all fellow brewers ?
But of course

But of course[/quote:16friowe]Fantastic. Especially for those of us who only use the coldroom on a one-way basis

There you go, Blacckhawk: arrange drop-off with the Bull & Castle management (Silenus) and we'll do the rest.

Guys

I'll be dropping off some bottles at the B&C on sat afternoon so please feel free to drop in and collect a bottle or two. I intend to sample a few of the house ales and lagers also - any recommendations openly received...

This lager though brewed on 2.5bbl plant, it has been bottled using a Blichmann gun from a corny keg.
Would be interested in your comments on mouthfeel bitterness and aroma... good or bad - this is in the development stage so it will all be constructive from my point of view.

Cheers

Cool. I'll likely be drifting around town on Saturday, but I don't know when yet. Any idea when you'll be in?

Careful of sampling the B&C "house ales", as brewed by Silenus. Best stick to the commercial stuff - Blarney Blonde, Galway Hooker, and the like
