Hi Guys

Haven't posted on this site in a while now. Thinkin of trying to go semi commercial with some brews. I'm doin some trials on a 2.5bbl and wondered if any of you would be keen on giving some constructive feedback - positive or negative....

I'm based in the North but very happy to post bottles down or work out something else.

Let me know....

I'm sure there won't be a lack of takers to sample your beer. Maybe if there were a few takers it might be cheaper for you to send down a few bottles to one location and we could pass them around.

Incidentally, we're having a tasting session in Dublin on July 10th if you're tempted. There's also a Cork meeting on June 21st, short notice I know...

Yes not a problem..I'm in Dublin most weeks with work so I could drop some off. Let me know what suits best. Would be interested in the tasting session in Dublin in July.

The 2.5bbl doesn't belong to me but I've been helping to get it commissioned. I've done two brews on it - a Munich style lager and a German Pilsner. The pilsner was brewed last week so it should be due to move from the FV to conditioning tank at the end of this week.

Yes going to stick with a pils.

Well done Afraid i'm in Athlone but i wish you every success and i hope to taste your beer someday. If i was you i'd wait a year or two til things settle in the financial/grain/hops/fuel market. Whatever way you go i hope it works, and if you need an honest opinion on your beer pm for (my address) and like everybody on the forum i'll be happy to take some of your free beer
