Hi Kenmc,

I am on the Tipperary side of the Lough near Garrykennedy. I am sure you will have visited Dan Larkins pub if you have been around here. Larkins may be pleasent for a summers day by the lake pint and food, it does not draw me like Tara's does (Galway Hooker is tops). There was a a sub-contract when I bought the new house, my wife wanted the rural setting and I have a taxi service agreement still in place after a year. She must really love the house.
