Greetings from a new member. 17 years 11 months ago #1

Hi Folks,
my name is George and while an avid consumer of quality beers for many years now I am a more or less a complete beginner to the world of brewing.
I did try a number of years ago now, using grain rather than kits, but despite some initial success I soon ran into difficulties and eventually gave up.
I happen to work with sbillings who through sheer enthusiasm, and generous helpings of his lovingly crafted brews, has finally persuaded me to give it a try again. With the combination of his expert guidance and the great resource that Irish Craft Brewer has become I feel confident that success is but a few fermentations away! I am going to assemble the required kit over the next couple of months and will post details of the undoubted trials and hopeful tribulations that lie ahead.

All the best,

GP.
