Sounds good. I'll hunt some down. Some brewers make a tidy living producing beer for cooking.

Tesco sell some of the nicest crisps I've tried in a long time. The ones I'm talking about are part of their Finest range and are made with beer from an established British brewery, the name escapes me now. Absolutely delicious, try them out!

I made a gravy using a bottle of O'Haras which had a faulty crown seal once. It worked really well.

The soup sounds great. Is it widely available?
