Did I completely imagine it, or have a particularly unfair and misleading dream, that somewhere in Dublin was currently stocking Brooklyn Brewery stout?

I was sure I remembered seeing something about it and getting very excited, but I can't remember where now.

Maybe it was just that Manhattan bars site :/

I don't recall seeing it anywhere but I would be very keen to try some.

I think it is just a case of "Wishful Thinking" there, Microgirl! Their Brooklyn Chocolate stout appeared in a few places in the UK last year, but I've never seen it.

Yeah, I must just be remembering a combination of that Manhattan Bars list and a dream. Ah well.

It's very, very tasty stout. The nicest I've had I think. Mind you, I was a few scoops in by that point (small ones, but still) so my taste-buds may have been inaccurate-ified. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

GapWines just outside Belfast had some just after Christmas... it didn't last long though. This was the second year in a row that they've had it...

Tis very tasty stuff indeed...

I asked our brooklyn supplier about the stout yesterday. He is going to try to buy mixed pallets,
but the big problem is that the labelling is all wrong for sale in Ireland. The volume is measured in ounces. We offered to print labels for him, so we might see some other beers previously unavailable.
