Sneaky Tasting 17 years 11 months ago #1

I have some brews that have been in the bottle for nearly 10- days now and really want to road test them.I know it's too early, but am interested to see how they're coming.
If anybody is around sat evening in B&C about 7pm(or whatever time suits, as im off), you can help me judge efforts so far.

PS the "dud magnet" is also welcome, despite his reputation, and ruining one of my first brew's

silenus, I won't be able to make it from Galway tomorrow, but as a bad coffee addict, I would LOVE to have any feedback about the real beans and espresso shots trials.

Thanks.

I won't be in for the July tasting either (I swear, I'm not trying to avoid you!)

I was in Dublin last month for work. I don't know the city too well, so I ended having a few professional pints in Messrs. Maguire (nice IPA). I was staying in the ChristChurch Jurys Inn. Only when I left did I spot this pub you Dubliners always talk about. I almost asked the cab to stop

Hi eeelpoulpo, tried a bottle of the stout recently, the one with the beans in the fermenter. It's definately richer than before, and not as dryish as the stout with a shot of espresso added at bottling.

I'm going to try a small batch extract stout soon, and hope to introduce the coffee element aswell.

I'll try to keep a bottle for you, when are you next around these parts ?
