A Hefeweisen dry hopped with Lemon Drop and Denali hops. It should be tapped by next weekend.
Rye IPA
An IPA with a 100% Rye Malt base - Currently fermenting.
We had a 100% rye In De Wildemen last summer from De Jopen called Viva el Rye and its taken us quiet a few batches brew something similar.
We were not the first Irish brewery to do a 100% Rye. There is a reference to Dwan's in Tipperary. Has anyone ever tasted this? See the article below - with a comment from the Beer Nut in 2008!
