Hi All,

I will be doing a whistle stop-tour of Italy in May and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I know that beer and Italy are hardly synonymous but I hear that they have a small but growing microbrewery industry.

We will be hitting Naples, Rome, Florence, Bologna and Venice, for three to five days each, so any brewpubs, beer bars, or restaurant recommendations would be appreciated.

Actually, any tips at all about Italy would be handy as neither of us have ever been there before.
