Went to a pub in Co.Limerick yesterday to slake my thirst after a bit of a hike. We asked for something local, blank stares. Craft, even blanker stares. The counter was adorned with the usual suspects. We settled on Guinness. My taste buds have definitely changed, I found it flavourless yet sharp, almost metallic. Won't be in a hurry to have another.
