Hope quite a lot of you made it to the Franciscan Well for the Winters ales and Cask Festival.
This week we go slightly out of topic, My guests tonight are partners in Blackwater Distillery, I welcome Peter Mulryan and Kieran Curtin. Blackwater Distillery will soon release a Gin and more importantly distilled beer. They have partnered with Dungarvan Brewery and Blacks of Kinsale to distill some of their beers. I did get a sneak preview of the Distilled Dungarvan stout and it will be very tasty.
