As you may know, Brazil is the coffee country (it WAS also the football country, but... let's not talk about it!). So besides being a beer lover, I'm also a great coffee enthusiast (I'm a certificated barista and coffee taster - but still with a lot to learn). I grew up around coffee farms and appreciating the drink.
I'm not sure if you are acquainted with the term, but beyond the American Standart Lager version of coffee (things that you drink at McDonalds, Nescafé, Starbucks and so on) there are the "speciality coffees".
Just like craft beer, the Irish coffee scene seems to be flourishing. Places like 3FE Café, Brother Hubbard, Coffee Kiosk or Mr. Hobbs seems to be serving nice coffee with qualified baristas and nice coffee beans!
Another universe of liquid stuff to explore if you fancy it!
Each coffee has its own "terroir", its distinct character. And then you have dozens of different ways to extract it - espresso, french press, aero press, filtered, ibriq etc. - each of them producing different flavours!
Ireland has it's own branch of the SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association Europe) and you'll host a coffee and tea festival in September (unfortunately, I won't' be there in time for it!).

Well, hope I can "convert" some of the Irish beer lovers into being coffee lovers!
