Hi all,

I disappeared off the site there for a few months since I ended up being in hospital for two months.
I am now almost all better and itching to get back to doing a bit of brewing. I'm hopefully going to start doing a bit of partial mashing so the first project is a porter. After that I'd like to make some sort of raspberry coriander ale.

Welcome back. I hope you're over whatever it was that had you laid up. Seems you're itching to get back brewing anyway.

Raspberry and Coriander eh? How did you come up with that combo? I can't say I've heard of that one before.

I think I saw the idea in Radical Brewing somewhere. I haven't tried a fruit beer before and the spices I put in the last beer worked out really well. I'll give it a try anyway.
