New Brewery Advice Required 11 years 9 months ago #1

Hi there, I'm currently in the very early stages of pulling together a business plan to open a microbrewery pub in the West of Ireland. I'd really like to get your expert thoughts on how best to approach this and any advice that can be offered. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend to take the time to read the "Brew up a business" book (from the Dogfish Head owner). Not a bible, but a good source of ideas and suggestions re how to kick that off <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Do you have pub management and brewing experience? Running a brew pub is two separate businesses and I think you should get experienced in a least one of them before going it alone.
