I dropped in there with a few friends last night and was very impressed with the bar.(Didn't know it existed until this brewery launch!). Very good food.
I was a fan of the brown ale,... lager and pale ale were ok but wouldn't be my top choice. Which is odd because I would never reach for a dark ale first!
excuse my ignorance here but a newbie in brewing, anyone know their reasoning behind using a 2nd different strand of yeast in the bottle fermentation?
