Not in any official capacity, AFAIK. But if any exhibitors have freebies going they can of course advertise them here.

Will there deffo be a craft beer tent there this year? Because the €10 weekday student ticket may be worth it...

Yes.

Rossa, last year there were several deals available - family tickets, student tickets etc.
