It would make it a fairer challenge to reverse engineer the kits, but I dont know what hops are used... anyway, its supposed to be fun as well, and allowing brewers to pick their favourite hops will be more fun.

Which is fine, and a hell of a lot easier.

So is that what we are doing? Is this the final judgement.
Recipes to be kept to ourselves and it is more of a which one everyone prefers rather than trying to decide which method produces the best beer and can we pick them out?
