That rocked. Thanks TBN for the tickets. And thanks for everyone who made it such a great day.

It sure did. If anyone wants to throw an article together feel free.

Excellent day everyone! Great to see you all there. ICB was well represented.

My highlights were the Stone IPA, Sarah being the bearded lady, knitting with a fellow beer and knitting blogger, meeting Pete Brown and his lovely wife, Allagash Interlude. I didn't try that many beers and kept to it 1/3 pints and under, I'm happy about that today!

I had a great day. I think my favourite beer of the day was the smuttynose robust porter. I had a few nice IPAs too. I was a little disappointed with the cherry stout and the choc orange stout, bit mostly they were all good. Thanks to eveyone for making it a good day, and thanks to theBeerNut for getting us the tickets.

really enjoyed the day, thanks again for the ticket and the company yesterday.
still reckon the tsarina esra was the most interesting beer i had, think the crouch vale amarillo was very good, and the timothy taylor landlord was superb.

think the only medal winning beer i had was one i got only because it sounded so awful in it's description - mix of coriander, butterscotch and bubblegum? - umbra magma or somesuch, wasn't as bad as made out to be but while i did get some coriander seed flavour mixed in with the porter it didn't excite me at all, think i was more disappointed at it not being awful.

Ally who you guys meet yesterday has written up a great account of the GBBF yesterday on her blog[/url:1j7d7s4t].

I have to agree with her on the first line.
