The current version that I bring to the meetups isn't my finest effort, as it's a year old at this stage, so it's not as hoppy as it was, and the addition of the brown sugar didn't work out as it left too much residual sweetness. The FW one could do with being hoppier and stronger, and is probably breadier than the original version. I'll be brewing another version again soon without addition of brown sugar, so hopefully it will be closer to the original Scnheider/Brooklyn ones.
