Firstly, i apologise for all the threads, but i promised you all information on new brews.
Raging Bull is now on draught (€4.90).
It's a Scandanavian style winter beer, extra hops, extra alcohol.
6% abv.
My Tasting notes.
Fantasticaly fresh on the palate with enough carbonation to spread the flavour.
Starts bitter, with burnt orange and other fruit layers(which according to Culan should be there), and finishes nice and dry with hints of cherry.
You wouldn't know its 6% by the taste, but it is heavier, if only slightly, that Galway Hooker.
The supply is limited to possibly 6 weeks worth, depending on sales, ha.

That'd be Cuilan. It's a re-badging of his MM Jul-Øl.

Cuilan is a big fan of the Swedish beer festival each September which might explain the Scandinavian element to the name.

I thought this was quite nice. I certainly wasn't blown away by it but it was impressive none the less. And seasonal
